SHIPPING POLICY

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays) within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders process on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

  1. SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  1. **Standard Ground:** 5–7 business days

  2. **Expedited:** 2–3 business days  

  3. **Overnight/Next-Day:** 1 business day (must place by cutoff time)

**Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.** We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, traffic, volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

  1. CARRIERS

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers depending on order size and weight. The carrier is selected at our discretion unless you request a specific carrier at checkout.

 

  1. SHIPPING RATES

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions (if available) are applied automatically or via promo code.

 

  1.  HAZARDOUS ITEMS & LARGE ORDERS

Fire extinguishers, pressurized containers, and other hazardous materials require specialized freight shipping and additional handling fees. Surcharges are shown at checkout. Some items may not qualify for expedited shipping due to carrier restrictions.

 

  1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international shipping available upon request—email coleladdersafety@gmail.com for a quote.

 

  1. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. Address changes after shipment may not be possible and may incur additional fees.

 

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Keep all original packaging and take photos of damage—these are required for carrier claims. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
